ANOTHER CHARITY CASH BOOST FROM PAPPA’S PROPERTY PROFESSIONALS

A Plymouth based charity which provides information, support and services for families with disabled children, has benefited from a £1,750 donation from property professionals in the city.

Ben Dreher, Chairman of Plymouth Property Professionals Association (PAPPA) and Secretary Debbie Lawson presented a cheque to Hannah Whiting, Lead Fundraiser at Friends and Families of Special Children Ltd – and the charity’s mascot!

It is the first year that PAPPA has supported Friends and Families of Special Children Ltd   and the donation forms part of the proceeds from the golf day and the charity Xmas dinner organised by the association.

Ben said: “PAPPA members were hugely impressed with the hard work and dedication of the charity and the wonderful work it does for disabled children and their families.”

A non-profit organisation, Friends and Families of Special Children Ltd works to support families with disabled children in a variety of ways, including social and leisure events.

It is run by professionals from varied backgrounds, such as corporate hospitality, social work and youth work, law, finance and counselling.
