PAPPA’S ELITE PROPERTY PROFESSIONALS FIND A NEW HOME ONLINE

An elite group of property professionals is launching a brand new website to give buyers and sellers across the Plymouth area access to high quality, independent advice and support on all aspects of the property market process.

The website is at the heart of a new high profile, public awareness drive by the Plymouth Area Property Professionals Association (PAPPA), a powerful alliance of locally based and fully accredited property experts with their fingers on the pulse of the local marketplace.

With a combined track record of around 500 years’ industry experience, its members can provide the full range of property services, from homes and commercial sales, residential and business lettings, conveyancing and other legal support, chartered surveyors and mortgage/investment specialists.

The association only accepts companies who are completely independent and fully accredited by their respective professional industry bodies. Those members then meet regularly to share their expertise, knowledge and best practice for the benefit of customers in Plymouth and the surrounding area.

Current chair, Natalie Ebsworth said PAPPA was a tried and trusted organisation with members of the highest calibre and integrity among its much coveted ranks.
“We are extremely fortunate to be able to call on the advice and support of such a wide range of property professionals, who really do represent some of the best names in their respective fields of expertise,” said Natalie.

“Whatever aspect of the property market process people need support in, PAPPA will always be able to point them in the right direction, safe in the knowledge our members will consistently offer help and advice they can trust in.”

PAPPA was originally formed in 1951 as the Plymouth Area Surveyors and Estate Agents Association, when a number of like-minded property professionals joined forces for the benefit of its customers.

Since then, it has expanded to encompass businesses representing many other facets of the property industry, including leading law firms, as well as mortgage and investment specialists, to ensure it can offer buyers and sellers the widest possible remit of property related expertise.

The association also organises a number of local events to help support a variety of local charities in the Plymouth area.

PAPPA’s new website has been designed and constructed by e-commerce and marketing agency Vertical Plus, based at Plymouth Science Park, which is also helping to raise the profile of the organisation via a number of PR and marketing opportunities.

“We have such a wealth of skills and knowledge for the benefit of people in Plymouth so we want to ensure we do everything we can to connect with them as effectively as possible,” added Natalie.
