PLYMOUTH BLOCK MANAGEMENT IN THE HUNT FOR ANOTHER AWARD!

PAPPA member Plymouth Block Management is in the running for yet another top industry award.

The company has been shortlisted in the Residential Property Manager of the Year category in the Property Week Management All Stars Awards.

Organised by Property Week – the leading magazine for the commercial and residential property market – the awards celebrate excellence across all sectors of real estate management.

Organisers say that the category ‘is aimed at outstanding residential property managers involved in a range of activities that ensure smooth running  and operational efficiency of properties under management.’ The winners will be announced at a glittering awards ceremony at London’s Grosvenor House in November.

Mark Christie, Managing Director of Plymouth Block Management, is delighted with the shortlisting.

“This is one of the most prestigious awards for real estate management and we are up against some of the leading industry names in our category,” said Mark.

“Needless to say we are all very excited and looking forward to the final.”

Plymouth Block Management is on bit of a roll this year, awards wise.

The company has already been highly commended in the Smaller Managing Agent of the Year category in the 2018 Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) Awards also held recently in London.

Accounts Manager Jim Kelly was also highly commended in the Unsung Hero category at the annual awards, which celebrates excellence and exceptional achievement by the UK’s leading residential agents.

It is not the first time the company has tasted success at the ARMA awards either. It won the Smaller Managing Agent of the Year category at last year’s event.

Ben Dreher, Chairman of PAPPA, said: “Well done to everyone at Plymouth Block Management for making yet another awards shortlist. It just shows the quality of PAPPA’s members.”
